We are dedicated to bringing your event dreams to life.

Our Mission. 

Georgetown is well known for its vibrant arts scene, historic architecture, bars, and wonderful food. We thought, what could possibly make this town better?​ Then we realized we needed a space where you can host your own private events or celebrations.​ So we acquired a space and set up a stage where you can host birthdays, shows, dinner, and dance parties!

What we have to offer. 

Large Venue

The spacious layout is approximately 2,500 square feet of open floor design. The venue is equipped with an empty bar, full stage and 2 bathrooms. Suitable for any event you would like to host. 

Venue Features

The venue features two roll-up doors that provide easy access for loading and unloading event equipment and supplies. It’s also equipped with a heavy-duty, commercial-grade electrical system that’s perfect for event lighting and music — plus high ceilings to accommodate larger setups and décor.

Event Center Policies & Guidelines

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following policies when booking or attending events at our venue:

Cleanliness & Property Care

1) All event spaces and parking areas must be kept clean and free from litter before, during, and after events.

2) Any damage, tampering, or vandalism to the building, event spaces, or property will result in additional charges and potential legal action.

​

3)Event organizers are responsible for ensuring all vendors and guests respect the property and maintain cleanliness.

Hours of Operation

Event hours vary depending on the type and nature of the event. Please contact us for specific availability and scheduling.

Liquor Laws

1) All events must fully comply with local, state, and federal liquor laws.

​

2) No underage drinking is permitted. Events serving alcohol may require licensed bartenders and/or permits.

Security Requirements

1) Some events may require professional security personnel depending on the size, nature, or time of the event.

​

2)We reserve the right to determine security needs and require event hosts to make appropriate arrangements.

Insurance

1) All events are required to carry event liability insurance.

​

2) Insurance must cover property damage and liability for the duration of the event.

​
