Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below before booking your event:
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit confirms your reservation and will be applied toward the total cost of your event. Because your date is held exclusively for you, the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances, even if the event is later canceled.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. For cancellations made 30 days or moreprior to the scheduled event date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the event, 50% of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded. If the event is canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled date, no refund will be issued. This policy helps cover the cost of lost bookings and preparation time.
Rescheduling
We understand that dates may need to change. Clients may request to reschedule their event up to 14 days prior to the event date, pending availability. In such cases, the original deposit will be applied to the new date at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event may not be accommodated and could result in additional fees. Only one reschedule is permitted per event. Any further changes will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Force Majeure
In rare cases where the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond your control—such as natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, or government restrictions—we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your event. If rescheduling is not possible, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. Documentation may be required for verification.
Event Cancellations by Venue
HelIf we are forced to cancel your event due to venue-related issues, such as unexpected facility damage, utility failures, or internal emergencies, we will provide a full refund, including your deposit. We will also work with you to find a suitable alternative date, if desired.
